On the bottom floor of the building, there was an open corridor installed with pillars and topped with a terrace circled by classic railings in the shape of Aquarius. The gable dormer set up in the middle of the hipped roof is covered with a bow-shaped fastigium following Baroque style. The concreted outer walls of the building are whitewashed.
