Erected in 1929, Yumen Apartment House is located at 1363 Middle Fuxing Road and consists of five buildings of same style. The five buildings have three storeys each and follow same structure with dormers on the tops and roofs covered with red machine-made tiles as well as hipped gables on the south elevations. The concreted outer walls are partially surfaced by red bricks under both traditional western style and modern Art Deco style. The inner decorations such as railings and door sashes feature the style of modern Art Deco.
