Presentation, Trading and Information-Exchange in terms of strong demonstration of summer and autumn garments and fabrics provided by home and foreign exhibitors concerned were dominated the '97 World Fashion Fair in Shanghai.

The 24000-square-meter-exhibiting area was covered by 900 booths leased to more than 800 exhibitors from France, The United States, Canada, Japan, Singapore and Taiwan, Hong Kong. The Fair hosted about 0.125 million visitors and its trading volume hit RMB900 million, an 84% increase than the previous one.
