Ingredients: 400g taros, breadcrumb, butter, salad oil, salt, gourmet powder, starch, chives

Recipe:

  1. Steam the taros till done and grind them into paste. Put in salt, chives, gourmet powder and starch and stir to mix them up. Make equal-sized taro balls, fill them with butter, and coat them with breadcrumb.
  2. Deep-fry the balls in warm oil till they turn golden (When deep-frying, stir them continuously). Remove and serve.
