Pork Dishes--Fried Spareribs and Stir-Fried Mung Bean Sprouts

Ingredients: 500g pork spareribs, mung bean sprouts, nutlets, spareribs sauce, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, sugar, gourmet powder, water chestnut powder, chives, mashed garlic, ginger slices.

Recipe:

  1. Remove the heads and roots off the bean sprouts. Wash and Drain off. Chop the spareribs into rectangular pieces. Scald and fry them till done.
  2. Saut¨¦ the chives and ginger slices till pleasant smell appears. Add the spareribs, seasonings and chicken broth; bring to a boil over a strong fire. Stew over a gentle fire till well done. When the gravy thickens, place them in a dish. Sprinkle the nutlet shreds, chive shreds and mashed garlic on the spareribs.
  3. Saut¨¦ the mung bean sprouts till done and put them in the dish.
