Ingredients: 50g refined flour, 150 Shaoxing preserved dried vegetable, streaky pork with skin, white sugar, soy, gourmet powder, salt, chicken essence, distillate spirits

Recipe:

1. Make the flour into leaven dough, and cut into round cakes about 10cm in diameter. Steam them till well done.
2. Slice the streaky pork and stew till done. Steam with Shaoxing preserved dried vegetables till well done. Place them in a serving dish and put the cakes around.
