Pork Dishes--Saut¨¦ed Intestines and Alfalfa

Ingredients: 300g cooked pig's intestines, alfalfa, Shaoxing wine, soy, sugar, gourmet powder, ginger shreds, high stock, lard, sesame oil.

Recipe:

  1. Cut the cooked pig's intestines into pieces 2cm long. Wash the alfalfa and drain off water.
  2. Saut¨¦ the intestines in the hot oil. Add Shaoxing wine, soy, sugar, gourmet powder, high stock, ginger shreds and bring to a boil. After braising over a gentle fire for several minutes, concentrate the soup with a strong fire. Make a paste and pour some sesame oil on it.
  3. Saut¨¦ the alfalfa in lard with a strong fire and when saut¨¦ing, put in salt, soy, sugar and gourmet powder. Put the alfalfa in a serving dish and place the intestines in the center.
