Chinese Style Refreshments--Fried Walnut & Cashew Nut-Filled Tarts

Ingredients: weak flour, strong flour, walnut, cashew nuts, powdered sugar, salt, lard, leaf fat, cocoa powder, chive shreds

Recipe: saut¨¦ the walnut and cashew nuts. Grind them and mix with powdered sugar, salt, chive shreds and leaf fat to make a filling. Mix strong flour, cocoa powder and lard with boiling water to make dough. Add weak flour and cocoa powder in the lard to make a shortening. Make sheets out of the dough and shortening and add the filling in. Pinch the edges to make round tarts. Make lines (like the lines of the walnut) on the middle and two sides. Bake in an oven for 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
